Jackie Catala

Jackie Catala has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Jackie began their career as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Post Wine and Spirits. Jackie then worked as a Human Resources Payroll Specialist at Main Street Nursery in 2019. In 2018, they interned as a Research Analyst Intern at CAVU Securities, LLC. From 2020 to present, they have held two positions at Hemster, first as the Head of People Operations & Growth and then as the Human Resources & Finance Supervisor. Currently, they are the Head of People at Relief App.

Jackie Catala holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Binghamton University, as well as a High School Diploma from Oyster Bay High School. Jackie has also obtained several certifications, including Crisis Communication for HR from LinkedIn in November 2022, Human Resources: Pay Strategy from LinkedIn in November 2022, People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania in November 2022, Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2022, Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations from the University of Michigan in September 2022, and Managing Employee Compensation from the University of Minnesota in September 2022.
