Lav Odorovic is the co-founder and CEO of Relio, the first Swiss digital account for SMEs, which offers onboarding with a Swiss IBAN within 24 hours and is developing tools and software integrations to save time. They co-founded Penta and served as CEO from 2016 to 2019, leading a Europe-based team to bring the business live in September 2017. Earlier, they co-founded Beo Coders Ltd., created the first e-commerce platform in Serbia and the Balkans, grew the team to seven employees, increased the hourly rate, and exited the profitable business after three years. At Siemens (2014–2016), they were Manager of Operations and also worked as a Market Researcher, where they created pricing models and a €13M business plan to transform a traditional product into a cloud-based service, conducted financial and operational reviews, and developed a strategic KPI cockpit. They earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St.Gallen (2011–2013), a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz (2009–2010), and a BA in Economics from the University of Belgrade (2006–2010).
