Israt Jahan

Israt Jahan has worked in the IT industry since 2019. In 2019, they began working as a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Infolink Bangladesh, where their role included resolving customer issues, researching and troubleshooting solutions, and escalating unresolved issues. In 2020, they joined ReliSource as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Technical Support Specialist. In their role as Technical Support Specialist, they provided IT assistance to staff and customers, consulted with IT managers, and trained end-users on hardware and software.

Israt Jahan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh in 2019. Additionally, they have a Cisco Certified Networking Course: Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from American International University Bangladesh (AIUB).
