Connor started their career at Relix Media Group in 2017, where they worked as a Marketing Intern and later as a Sales Executive. In these roles, they gained experience in advertising and sales, working with record labels, festivals, concert promoters, and artist managers to develop custom media campaigns.

In 2019, Connor joined Dayglo Presents as the Manager of Partnership Operations. Connor was responsible for overseeing and managing brand partnerships across various venues, events, and media properties. Connor played a key role in creating new pitch decks, supporting sales calls, and driving new business. Connor also developed programs to enhance clients' return on investment and generate alternate revenue streams.
