Long before it became a company, it was a seven-year dream shaped on cocoa farms watching hardworking farmers produce the crop that fuels a global industry, while receiving only a fraction of its true value.

One of Relo Foods’ founders grew up in a farming household and later became a cocoa farmer himself. For years, he watched buyers grow wealthier while farmers remained stuck, not because they lacked effort or knowledge, but because the system was not built in their favour.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in cocoa from farm realities to market dynamics the founders of Relo Foods understand cocoa not as a commodity, but as a livelihood, a legacy, and an opportunity for transformation.

Today, Relo Foods is a Nigerian agrotech company building structured, technology-driven cocoa value chains spanning cultivation, aggregation, and trading with a long-term vision to expand into processing and global distribution.
Our work focuses on structure, traceability, and sustainability empowering farmers with knowledge, leverage, and access, while delivering premium, traceable cocoa to global markets.
