Ruud W. began their career in Rotterdam, cultivating a deep passion for logistics at Sealand. With over 20 years of experience in Africa, Ruud became an expert in marketing and developing large-scale logistics solutions, particularly for the mining, agriculture, and construction sectors. They have held significant roles, including Operations Director at DHL Danzas and Managing Director at African Cargo Services, before co-founding Reload Logistics, where they currently focus on business development and leadership in Southern Africa's logistics market. Ruud’s wide-ranging operational experience spans numerous countries, enhancing their expertise in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and warehouse management systems.
