Overview
Our Mission: Support Expatriate families arriving to their new destination, so that their transition to their new home is as smooth and harmonious as possible. We are here for everything you need, such as housing, children’s school, pharmacy, pediatrician, supermarket, and all other daily needs.
Our Objective: The working member of the family will be able to fully focus on his/her job, knowing that we support and take care of the other family members.
Our Purpose: To simultaneously undertake an attractive project with positive impact from both a social and a business perspective.

OUR Advantage?
For the Company: One single point of contact, for the whole process. We will make sure that the family member who comes to work, can do it with full focus and no worries or distractions. Research from Oxford University shows, that the #1 reason that expats leave their assignments early, is due to the families not adapting properly to their new homes and lives. This will not happen, as we will be taking full care with all the focus that a successful expatriation requires.
For the Family: One single point of contact, as we will guide and support them through the whole process, so that their transition is smooth and happy, since settling down in a new unknown country entails much more than just finding a house or school. We want them to count on us 24/7 during the whole process, to get to know them and to help every family member to enjoy this new adventure, at its best. An expatriate assignment is challenging. The uprooting, the cultural shock, the feeling of not having someone close by to trust; all of this can tarnish the whole experience. At relocare we know that if the family is doing well, the working member of the family can put all his/her energy into achieving the company’s goals. Because we listen to every expatriate’s specific needs, in a very personalized way. We create connections and generate community because we enjoy and love what we do every day.
