Previously, Emily has held various roles, including General Manager at The Cheese School of San Francisco, where they managed operations for a multi-faceted hospitality business, and Director of Operations at Homeroom Mac + Cheese, where they drove significant revenue growth. With a strong focus on people development, Emily has also offered business consulting services and coached teams to enhance operational efficiency and team retention. They hold a BA in Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies from The University of Manchester, along with specialized training in dairy science.
