John Miller

John Miller is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in chief financial officer roles across various companies. Currently serving as CFO at both eProdigy Financial LLC and RelPro, Inc., and as a consulting CFO for Stoneleigh Park Holdings, LLC, John has demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and technology finance. Notably, John has successfully orchestrated the sale of two companies for over $300 million and raised more than $20 million in private equity and venture capital. Prior experience includes key financial leadership positions at Gravitas and Portware, LLC, where significant increases in enterprise value were achieved alongside successful acquisitions. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BBA in Accounting from Siena College.
