James Redfern

James Redfern is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent companies. As Chief Financial Officer at Reltio and Payscale, James has demonstrated expertise in financial management. Previously, James served as VP of Corporate Development, Finance & Strategy at Workday and held the position of Executive Director in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, James began career as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance and an M.A. in International Relations, both earned from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2006.
