Arthur Meng

Arthur Meng is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in supply chain management, FMCG manufacturing, and operations. Arthur began their career in 2004 as the Head of Supply Chain for the HK & TW market at 宝洁. Arthur then served as Plant Manager and Plant Manager (Associate Director), where they led the Supply Net Work design, land selection, and co-led the land acquisition. Arthur was also responsible for value stream mapping, cost/productivity glidepath, and TT&T program to ensure the vertical start up of the plant. In 2018, Arthur founded and became the CEO of Meng's Holding LLC. In 2021, they joined RELX Technology as the Head of Supply Chain Management, and also began working as the FMCG Manufacturing Director at 林大国际.

Arthur Meng attended the Harbin Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering.
