Ann Breuer

Ann Breuer, J.D., LL.M., is currently a Tax Manager - Controversy at RELX, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Ann served as a Senior Tax Associate at Deloitte Tax LLP and EY, and they directed conferences at Financial Research Associates. Ann also gained legal experience through internships with the Internal Revenue Service, the US Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut, and the Quinnipiac School of Law Tax Clinic. They earned their Master of Laws from Boston University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, having completed their Bachelor of Arts at Rutgers University.
