Cindy Koschwitz

Cindy Koschwitz is currently serving as a Senior EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner at RELX since January 2023, having previously held a similar position at Korn Ferry starting in March 2022. With extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition, Cindy has worked in various roles such as HR Manager at Finanzguru by dwins GmbH and at Hays Talent Solutions GmbH, where responsibilities included defining recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and implementing HR development initiatives. Additionally, Cindy has held positions at Funke Digital GmbH, Axel Springer Mediahouse Berlin, and Bundesverband Musikindustrie e.V., accumulating a wealth of expertise in organizational consulting and human resources. Cindy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, expected to graduate in October 2027.
