Joanna Lowe

Joanna Lowe is an accomplished Talent Development and Implementation Manager at RELX, where responsibilities include overseeing projects within the Talent, Performance, Leadership, and Learning and Development areas since June 2015. Previously, Joanna served as the Manager of UK HR Shared Services, leading a team of 12 to manage HR tasks for approximately 4,500 employees. Prior to joining RELX, Joanna was the HR Manager for Service Delivery at Reed Business Information from March 2006 to June 2015, managing a team of four. Joanna holds an Associate’s Degree in CIPD from Kingston University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and completed high school education at Greenshaw High School from 1982 to 1987.
