Jon Henderson

Jon Henderson is an accomplished professional in the field of employment taxes, currently serving as the Head of Global Employment Taxes at RELX since May 2015. Previously, Jon held significant roles, including Chair and Member of the Employment Taxes Working Group at the Confederation of British Industry from January 2010 to June 2023, and Head of Employment Tax & Corporate Reward and Head of Employment Taxes at Serco from January 2009 to April 2015. With a strong foundation in employment tax consultancy, Jon worked as Employment Tax Senior Manager at Advanced Tax Consulting Ltd and as Employment Tax Manager at Deloitte. Jon began the career as an Employment Tax Consultant at EY after earning a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of Portsmouth and obtaining qualifications as a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Tax Technician (Fellow). Jon's academic journey commenced at The King's School in Worcester.
