Jonna Ballard

Jonna Ballard has extensive experience in multimedia application development, currently serving as a Senior Multimedia Application Developer at Elsevier, a position held since 1985, with a focus on designing and developing animated tutorials for online applications and marketing. Prior to this, Jonna worked at LexisNexis as a Senior Communication Analyst, specializing in technical writing for online help and user manuals from February 1985 to May 1995. Jonna's educational background includes studies at Sinclair Community College from 1986 to 1988.
