Joseph Norton

Joseph Norton has extensive experience in project delivery and engineering management, currently serving as Vice President of Project Delivery at Reed Elsevier since July 2008. Prior to this role, Joseph Norton worked at AT&T as District Manager of Engineering Design and Construction from May 1979 to July 2008. Joseph Norton holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University, where studies were completed between 1975 and 1979.
