Kathleen Testa

Kathleen Testa, PHR, currently serves as the Workday Lead - Compensation at RELX since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kathleen was a Sr. HR Systems Analyst at QVC from June 2012 to March 2023, providing system administration support for various HR functions in Workday. Kathleen held multiple HR positions, including HR Director for the State of Delaware's Department of Health & Social Services, managing over 4,600 employees and a team of 45 staff. Kathleen's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Bancroft Construction Company, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of HR administration. Additionally, Kathleen contributed to the Delaware SHRM Board of Directors. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
