Melissa Staudt

Melissa Staudt has extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in compensation, benefits, and absence management. Currently serving as HRIS Manager for RELX since July 2010, Melissa has held multiple roles within the company, including HRIS Manager for Workday Compensation and Benefits and Sr. Global PeopleSoft Analyst. Prior to that, Melissa worked at LexisNexis for a decade, taking on various positions from HR Specialist to Manager of Compensation Programs & Systems. Earlier career experience includes a Compensation & Benefits Specialist role at Midwest Micro and Assistant Director of the Teacher Leader Program at Wright State University. Melissa holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Human Resources from Wright State University.
