Nicki Hickson

Nicki Hickson (nee Jefferies) serves as the Global Head of Executive Development at RELX since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing and coaching the organization's top 150 global talents to enhance senior leadership capabilities, career development, and succession planning. Prior to this role, Nicki was the Director of Coaching at EY from September 2003 to August 2019, leading a team of internal coaches to support senior leaders and foster a coaching culture. Additional experience includes serving as HR Director at GE Capital from 1998 to 2003, Head of HR Operations at Asda from September 1996 to July 1998, Employee Relations Manager at BT from October 1994 to September 1996, and Graduate Recruitment Manager at BT. Nicki holds a BA (Hons) in Physiology and Psychology from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Personnel Management & Business Administration from Aston University.
