Richard Mollet is an experienced leader in government affairs, currently serving as the Head of European Government Affairs at RELX since January 2016. In this role, Richard leads a team of nine experts, addressing various regulatory issues such as copyright, open science, artificial intelligence, data and privacy, and innovation across the EU, UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Executive at The Publishers Association from October 2010 to January 2016 and was the Director of Public Affairs at BPI from 2006 to 2010. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Worcester College, Oxford, and completed secondary education at Olchfa Comprehensive in Swansea.
