Scott Lazev

Scott Lazev serves as the Vice President of Global Procurement at RELX since July 2018, overseeing Technology Spend and Software Asset Management for the company's diverse portfolio, including Elsevier and Lexis Nexis. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Director of Global IT Procurement at Liberty Mutual Insurance from May 2004 to June 2018, managing a team of 34 across multiple divisions. Earlier in career, Scott was the Manager of Professional Services in the Global Procurement department at John Hancock, and worked as an Entertainment Attorney for several years, representing various clients in the music and film industries. Scott holds a JD in Entertainment Law from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Government and Music from Clark University.
