Sharon Acres

Sharon Acres is an experienced tax compliance professional with a strong background in indirect tax management and transfer pricing. Currently serving as the Indirect Tax Compliance Manager at RELX Group since January 2017, Sharon previously held the position of Transfer Pricing Senior Manager at KPMG UK, where responsibilities included delivering high-quality transfer pricing documentation and developing a team in a Centre of Excellence. Prior to that, Sharon worked as EMEA Tax Director at AT&T, overseeing CIT and VAT returns for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, and leading efforts in tax cost minimization and cash flow planning. Sharon began her career at Reed Exhibitions as Financial Accounts Controller, managing various financial functions, including statutory accounts and tax responsibilities.
