Stephanie Hooks serves as Chief Counsel for Technology, Patents & Procurement at RELX since September 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Technology Counsel. Prior experience includes corporate counsel at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Inc. from 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities involved advising on matters related to technology and procurement for global subsidiaries. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Contract Attorney at Georgia-Pacific LLC, a Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel at SunTrust Banks, and held associate attorney positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
