Stuart Freeman

Stuart Freeman is a seasoned leader in talent development and organizational change, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Capability and Head of Talent & Capability for RELX Corporate since May 2021. At RELX, responsibilities include inspiring and developing leaders while managing the global Talent Development Centre of Excellence for 33,000 employees. Prior to RELX, Stuart held various leadership roles at EY, focusing on executive careers, career framework design, and global change management, as well as serving as an Associate Director overseeing program execution. Stuart's earlier experience includes significant contributions to British Petroleum's HR transformation efforts, senior management at Deloitte, and consulting with Arthur Andersen, where engagement with prominent clients resulted in sustainable business outcomes. Stuart Freeman holds a MA (Hons) in International Relations & Economic History from the University of St Andrews and participated in the Robert T. Jones Scholarship at Emory University.
