Tom Parr has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Director for Elsevier's EMEA, LATAM, and APAC Health Solutions since 2017, after progressing through five roles since joining RELX Group in 2011. Key achievements include leading the commercial finance function through a significant transformation to a matrix-based operating model, driving a turnaround from revenue decline to sustained growth between 2015 and 2017, and receiving recognition from the CEO for innovative solutions. Prior to RELX Group, Tom worked as a European Financial Analyst at EMI Music Publishing and as a Financial Analyst at EMI Music, focusing on financial management and analysis within the music industry. Tom holds an ACMA, CGMA in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BA in Music from Durham University.
