Mark Lewis is an EOD Technical Advisor at RELYANT, LLC, specializing in de-mining operations from Soviet-era and Taliban mines. With prior experience at DynCorp International from 2010 to 2012, they managed EOD operations in Afghanistan under the Weapons Removal and Abatement Program.
