Emeric Gouraud

Emeric Gouraud is the Founder and CEO of RelyAssets, a platform focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems and hybrid renewable energy projects. Gouraud has extensive experience in structured finance, equity, and M&A, currently serving as the Head of Equity, Structured Finance, and M&A at Prosolia Energy, while also being a Board Advisor on equity issues and fundraising. Previous roles include Project Finance Analyst and Vice President of Structured Finance at various global firms, including Natixis and Bouygues Construction. Gouraud holds multiple degrees in finance and politics from prestigious institutions, including Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management and The Open University.
