Debora Florio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and education sectors. Currently serving as the Dean of Students at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici since August 2024, Debora is also the founder of Bio Fashion Lab, a space dedicated to ethical and sustainable fashion education in Florence. In addition to these roles, Debora has been a community organizer at remake.world since March 2022. Previous positions include store manager at TWINSET and manager at MANGO, as well as area manager at PULL&BEAR. Early career experience includes roles in visual merchandising and supervision at Inditex. Debora holds a degree in Tourism Economics from Università degli Studi di Palermo, completed a Sustainable Fashion Master at Polimoda, and studied Creative Business Leadership at Savannah College of Art and Design.
