Niharika Elety is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in sustainable fashion and technology. As the founder of Understory Org and Tega Collective, Niharika champions Adivasi communities and promotes sustainability through traditional textile practices. Niharika also serves as a Remake Fellow, collaborating on initiatives for a more equitable fashion industry. Currently, Niharika works as a Solution Engineer at Salesforce and has previously held various roles, including Brand Technical Specialist at IBM and marketing strategist intern at Paradigm Innovation. Niharika's consultancy, Elety LLC, focuses on visual storytelling that emphasizes culture, art, and sustainability. Niharika's academic background includes degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
