Rebekah Stokes

Rebekah Stokes is an Environmental Co-op Student at the City of Abbotsford since May 2025, contributing to energy and climate documentation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting. In addition, Stokes serves as an Ambassador for remake.world, advocating for accountability and intersectionality within the fashion industry. Stokes holds a Director At Large position at the Fort Langley Community Rowing Club and is a varsity athlete on the University of the Fraser Valley rowing team. Previous experience includes roles as a Content Creator for Threading Change, Program Coordinator for Fashion Takes Action, and Supervisor at Wendel's Bookstore & Cafe. Stokes has also been involved in media collaboration for a project at Granville Island and held leadership positions as Marketing and Communications Director and President for the Humanitarian Organization for Providing Empowerment (HOPE). Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies at the University of the Fraser Valley, Stokes also completed an exchange semester at Erasmus University Rotterdam in Social and Behavioural Sciences.
