Ross Damon

Ross Damon has extensive experience in outdoor and recreational roles, currently serving as a Gear Expert at Remark and Founder of 531Media since 2023. Additionally, Ross is part of Nikwax's SnowSquad and acts as an Ambassador for OnTheSnow, both since late 2022. Ross held a temporary position as an All Rounder at Bluff Creek Campgrounds, managing various campground operations. Previous roles include Raft Guide at Zoar Outdoor and Rafting Manager at Berkshire Whitewater, along with a Ski School Photo Manager position at Beaver Creek Ski School. Earlier experiences also encompass serving as a Delivery Driver at Best Buy and a Guide for Mountain Biking and Sea Kayaking at Seven Rivers Paddling. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education and Leadership from the University of New Hampshire and is pursuing a Master's degree in Tourism Management at Colorado State University.
