Ross Damon has extensive experience in outdoor and recreational roles, currently serving as a Gear Expert at Remark and Founder of 531Media since 2023. Additionally, Ross is part of Nikwax's SnowSquad and acts as an Ambassador for OnTheSnow, both since late 2022. Ross held a temporary position as an All Rounder at Bluff Creek Campgrounds, managing various campground operations. Previous roles include Raft Guide at Zoar Outdoor and Rafting Manager at Berkshire Whitewater, along with a Ski School Photo Manager position at Beaver Creek Ski School.
