Thea Smith

Thea Smith serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at reMarkable since April 2023, leading a team in the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies. Previous experience includes managing a team of 17 at Schibsted for Nordic Marketplaces, overseeing recruitment during significant organizational changes. At Crayon, Thea was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included attracting talent across 46 countries and implementing a global career development framework. Earlier roles include Managing Director at MAP License AS and Managing Consultant at Kreativt Credo. Thea holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology, Education, and Pedagogy from the University of Oslo, as well as formal training in Economics and Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
