Gary Stepaniants is a seasoned Realtor® with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently affiliated with RE/MAX Northwest since March 2010. Prior to this role, Gary served as a Realtor at RE/MAX Central Associates and held various positions in mortgage-related firms, including Senior Loan Officer at Response Mortgage Services, Inc. and Wholesale Account Executive at both Webster Bank and Wilmington Finance. With a strong background in residential loans and a specialization in luxury homes, new construction, and first-time home buyers, Gary also holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. Gary's educational background includes a B.A. in History and Social Sciences from the Military Academy and a high school diploma from Cadet School in Sverdlovsk, Russia.
