Danielle Pinheiro

Danielle Pinheiro is a professional with over 15 years of experience in administrative operations and client and supplier relations, specializing in People Management and Corporate Education. They are currently CEO of DWork Assessoria and Proprietária of RE/MAX Varanda, overseeing strategic and operational management, recruitment and staff development, and partnerships with clients and suppliers. In prior roles, they managed corporate relationships at SulAmérica Seguros (2008–2014) and led educational programs with a team of 33 instructors at SEST SENAT (2015–2018), along with other administrative and relationship-focused positions. They are pursuing an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas at the Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a Bachelor’s degree in Administração from UniCarioca, and an MBA in Educação Corporativa e Gestão do Conhecimento at Estácio.
