Doug Pedlar is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Bluewater Realty Inc., located in Grand Bend since 1991. With extensive experience in real estate, Doug has earned accolades including Broker Owner of the Year for RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada in 1995 and the RE/MAX International Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008. Doug is a Market Value Appraiser with the Ontario Real Estate Association since 1992 and has served as Vice President of the Grand Bend & Area Chamber of Commerce since 2019. Previously, Doug worked as an Assistant Area Manager for Ducks Unlimited Canada and held a director position at Forest Non-Profit Seniors Housing until 2022. Doug studied Geology at Western University from 1970 to 1972.
