Ed Smith

Ed Smith, CRB, CRS, GRI, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, serving as President of RE/MAX Coastal Properties in Destin, Florida since April 1990. In addition to this role, Ed has been a Broker for RE/MAX International Inc. during the same period. Leadership roles include serving as President and President Elect of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors from January 2012 to December 2014, overseeing a membership of 2,350 real estate professionals in Northwest Florida. Ed also held positions such as Vice President and Director at the National Association of REALTORS® and the Florida Association of Realtors, respectively. Additionally, Ed was the Owner of Southern Exposure Charters LLC from 2003 to 2012 and served as President of RE/MAX Southern from January 1990 to December 1995. Education was attained at the University of Texas.
