Ellen Block

Ellen Block is an experienced Associate Broker-Owner and Appraiser at RE/MAX First, with a tenure beginning in November 1991. Ellen has served the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® in various leadership roles, including Past President, President, President Elect, and Treasurer, showcasing dedication to advocating for private property rights and adherence to ethical standards in real estate. Currently, Ellen is a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, representing Region 6, Michigan/Ohio. Previous roles include positions on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors and as a realtor associate and land agent earlier in the career. Ellen holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Wayne State University and is a graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School.
