Joseph DeSplinter is a retired partner of Ernst & Young, where they advised clients across various industries for nearly 30 years before retiring in 2014. As the office managing partner for the Phoenix and Denver offices, Joseph contributed to regional strategy development and led the firm's U.S. private equity professional practice group. Since retirement, they have served on the Board of Directors of RE/MAX and the Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado, and they were a member and chairman of the audit committee for Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Currently, Joseph is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow, dedicated to enhancing board governance practices. Joseph's educational background includes studies at the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
