Mark Rohr

Mark Rohr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and financial transactions. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at RE/MAX since June 2013, Mark previously worked as an attorney for National Bank Holdings Corporation, where contributions included significant involvement in the company’s initial public offering and drafting key corporate governance documents. Earlier experience includes roles as an associate attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, where Mark negotiated and drafted transactional documents related to secured lending and asset-backed securitization, and as a research assistant at Indiana University Maurer School of Law focused on natural resource issues. Mark holds a J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington and a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
