Scuderi is a franchise owner and broker/owner in real estate and mortgage services, currently the first Motto Mortgage franchisee in New Jersey and licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They own and oversee RE/MAX and RE/MAX Supreme (Broker/Owner) since 2003, supervising agents, staff, and company growth across multiple counties. They also own a CrossFit Gym and are a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, and they are a founding franchisee of Motto Mortgage, overseeing loan officers and processing staff. Previously a police officer, they are a private pilot and have been recognized as a Business Rockstar by Franchise Business Review and as New Jersey 2020 Outstanding Brokerage of the Year.
