Rick Richardson

Rick Richardson has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Sales Professional and Distressed Real Estate Specialist at RE/MAX International Inc. and REMAX House of Brokers since 1998, with a focus on residential and commercial sales, development, and consulting. With 18 years of new construction sales and 5 years specializing in distressed properties, short sales, and REO bank properties, Rick has developed a strong expertise in working with homebuilders and subdivision developers. Prior to his current roles, Rick was a Contract Presenter for the American Management Association from January 1990 to December 1993, delivering marketing and desktop publishing seminars nationwide. Additionally, Rick has been a Limited Partner at Choice Escrow Closing since 2007. Rick holds a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Writing from Missouri State University, completed between 1972 and 1977.
