Scott MacDonald

Scott MacDonald is the owner of RE/MAX Gateway, a prominent real estate company in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro area, which has expanded to five offices under Scott’s leadership since joining the RE/MAX network in 2001. With a strong focus on innovation and agent success, Scott oversees training programs and networking opportunities to ensure agents thrive in a competitive market. Additionally, Scott served as the Director at Bright MLS from January 2017 to February 2023 and was on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors from October 2009 to December 2011. Earlier in his career, Scott worked as a Realtor at Century 21 from March 1996 to December 2000 and holds an education from Radford University, attended from 1983 to 1986.
