William Yee

William Yee, ARM, currently serves as Operations Manager at Related Companies since July 2020 and also works as a Realtor for RE/MAX since January 2020. Previously, William held the position of Property Supervisor at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, where responsibilities included managing operations for seven properties with a total of 609 units, and addressing tenant issues through collaboration with social service teams. William has extensive experience in property supervision, having managed five properties at Chinatown Community Development Center, ensuring compliance with various funding programs and achieving zero findings during state inspections. With a solid background in real estate through roles at JODI Group, Inc., IM Properties, and Eden Housing, William holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, complemented by further education at Chabot College.
