REMEC is a 100% Aboriginal-owned and operated, Supply Nation certified multidisciplinary contractor delivering Resourcing, Equipment, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil services across Australia.

Born in Western Australia and evolved from MGM Alliance, REMEC represents the next chapter of a proven journey. We combine cultural foundations with skilled people, fit-for-purpose equipment and practical delivery capability to support construction, commissioning, maintenance, shutdowns and capital projects across resources, energy, utilities, infrastructure, defence and government.

Our integrated model gives clients one trusted partner across technical and professional resourcing, permanent Indigenous placements, equipment hire, mechanical services, LV, E&I and HV electrical works, and civil delivery. We mobilise quickly, scale with demand and perform safely in complex regional, remote and metropolitan environments.

What sets REMEC apart is our ability to deliver strong commercial outcomes while creating meaningful and measurable impact. Aboriginal ownership is not simply a certification or procurement outcome. It shapes how we lead, build relationships and the legacy we aim to leave.

Our business is built on three strong foundations:

• Employment & Development — culturally safe pathways through apprenticeships, traineeships, training, career development and long-term employment.

• Aboriginal Business Participation — creating opportunities for Aboriginal businesses to build capability and participate in major supply chains.

• Community & Cultural Integrity — remaining connected to Country, investing in communities and creating lasting value beyond the life of a project.

From our Western Australian foundations to our growing national footprint, REMEC is building a contractor recognised for responsiveness, reliability, engineered excellence and meaningful impact.

Strong Foundations. Stronger Futures.

REMEC — Resourcing. Equipment. Mechanical. Electrical. Civil.
