Chad Small

Chad’s role includes working on the financial modeling for current and prospective clients through RFPs, renewals, and market checks. He has spent 25 years working in the pharmacy space, starting out as a Pharmacy Technician at the local pharmacy, and making his way into PBM as a Formulary Assistant at PCS Health Systems (currently known as CVS Caremark). Before joining Remedy Analytics, he worked as the Senior Director, Trade Analytics at Elixir Health Solutions overseeing all rebate client reporting including quarterly and annual reconciliations. Chad has spent his entire career in PBM analytics with an emphasis on pricing and performance guarantee management.
