Laura Johnson

Laura Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Laura is currently working at Remesh as a Customer Success Manager, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Associate at Remesh from October 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Remesh, Laura gained extensive experience at Vodafone. Laura held the position of Project Coordinator (Network Operations and Deployment Support) from May 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they supported all aspects of network operations and managed engineer deployments. Laura also worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at Vodafone from September 2013 to May 2016.

Laura started their career as an Audit Intern at Ahlberg and Co CPA's in April 2013. Laura then worked as an Assistant Recovery Processor (Contracted Position) at RER Solutions Inc. Contractor at The Export Import Bank of the United States from November 2012 to April 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Financial Planning Intern at Strean Financial Services LLC from June 2010 to November 2012.

During their time at Christopher Newport University in 2011, Laura worked as an Editor/Research Assistant. Overall, Laura has a strong background in customer success management, financial analysis, project coordination, and auditing.

Laura Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Economics from Christopher Newport University. Laura has also obtained several certifications, including QuickBooks Online Essential Training, Learning Jira Software, Learning Microsoft Project, Visio 2019 Essential Training, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from various institutions such as LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute. These certifications were obtained in the months of April and May 2020.
