REMICON is a Canberra-based remedial building company specialising in rectification works for strata-managed residential and mixed-use buildings.

We support strata managers with practical, builder-led solutions for both minor and complex remedial issues — from investigation and technical remediation through to internal make-good and final close-out.

Our services include:
• Waterproofing failures (balconies, planters, façades, wet areas)
• Concrete spalling and structural repairs
• Leak investigations and rectification
• Façade repairs, joint sealing and external works
• Roof investigations and leak repairs
• Internal rectification and finishes following remediation works

For smaller works, we offer 48-hour quote turnaround, helping strata managers keep matters moving and committees informed.

REMICON operates a digital project management system that provides regular photo updates, clear communication, and compliance documentation throughout each stage of a project.

Our focus is simple: clear scopes, responsive delivery, and one point of accountability from start to finish.
