Ronak Patel

Ronak Patel has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ronak started their career in 2013 as a Web Developer at Aryana Solutions, where they worked until April 2014. In April 2014, they joined Remitbee as a Senior Web Application Developer and was responsible for creating an online money transfer system from scratch. Ronak worked extensively with backend programming, using technologies such as MySQL database and PHP. Additionally, they gained experience in Java, GoLang, and Android development during their tenure at Remitbee. In April 2016, Ronak transitioned into the role of a DevOps Engineer at Remitbee, where they focused on working on a software as a service-based platform for money transfer and currency exchange. Ronak implemented continuous integration and deployment using tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Ronak also monitored servers and services using technologies such as GraphQL and the ELK stack. After serving as a DevOps Engineer for a few years, Ronak was promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer in January 2018, where they continue to contribute to the development and growth of Remitbee.

Ronak Patel completed their studies in Computer Software Engineering at Sheridan College from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Ganpat University between 2007 and 2011. Additional to their formal education, Ronak Patel obtained a certification in "Using Python for Research" from HarvardX in December 2016.
