Annie Pepper

Annie Pepper is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Principal Recruiter at Remitly since January 2022, where the focus is on providing trusted financial services to immigrants and their families. Prior to this role, Annie held various positions at PATH, including Global HR Director for Talent Acquisition & Rewards, leading a team of HR professionals across multiple continents to address global health challenges. Additional experience includes recruitment roles at Isilon Systems, where Annie contributed to innovations in scale-out storage, and earlier positions at PATH and The Steppingstone Foundation, dedicated to empowering urban schoolchildren through educational programs. Annie earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from St. Olaf College.
